The Process

Get in touch

Send across your details and requirements through the enquiry form. (Feel free to include pictures or links, the more details the better!!)

Consultation

We’ll set up an initial consultation to fully discuss your vision, via zoom, phone or in person (dependent on location) and go through your preferences, ideas, and answer any questions you might have.

Quote

Gathering all the information from both the enquiry and consultation process, I’ll provide you with a design plan, moodboard and price guide as well as your quote.

Design

Once the quote is agreed, a 50% deposit is required and an information package will be sent out with T’ s & C’ s. I will start on Initial sketches, and concept designs for you to review. Once you ’ re happy, the detailed work can begin!

Print

Once the final proof’ s are approve, final payment is made and all files are sent across for print. Or if you prefer to print these yourself, these will be sent across to you as pdf print ready files.

Delivery

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery/print, to ensure quality checks and postage time.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start planning for my stationery?

Depending on your requirements and chosen package, time lengths will differ. If you require before the day stationery (i.e Save the Dates and Invitations), I would recommend booking at least 12 months in advance of your wedding date. For on the day stationery only, I would recommend booking at least 6-8 months in advanced of your date. *Please bear in mind that bespoke packages process will take longer to create, so you may need to order further in advanced.

Booking at least 12 months before your wedding date is advised, as Save the dates are usually sent out 9 months in advanced. Everyone is different and can depend on if your wedding location is local or destination, also keep in mind which package you would like to go with as well, as this might add on some time to the process.

Invitations are usually then sent out around 6 months before your big day. If you require on the day stationery, I will start this around this time too.

If you need to make any alterations to your order, I.e numbers, custom templates, stationery products. Please let me know as soon as possible and before the first deposit is due. As I won’t be able to make changes to your order once your pieces are sent to print. If you want to add anything to your order after your initial consultation, please let me know so I can alter your quote to avoid confusion.

I ask for your stationery budget, to help work out what service would be best for you and which products to recommend. I’m happy to also provide a digital only service for you if you’d rather save on printing costs. I will send a product price guide, after your consultation for you to take a look at as well to help with this.

All orders are sent tracked and signed via Royal Mail 1st class. UK and Channel Island delivery only. Postage costs are calculated into your into your final quote. I also offer a digital service, if you would prefer to take on the printing yourselves. Postage costs will be taken off your package quote, and you will receive all artwork files in PDF format print ready.

Typically a 50% deposit is required to book your slot. This is taken after your consultation and design quote have been agreed and you’re happy to go forward. The remainder is due once final proofs are approved. I will then send your stationery off to print, or send the artwork to you for your own printing.
