Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase. We send all our orders via Royal mail 1st class delivery and you will receive an email to advise once your order has been shipped. Please note – We are unable to accept returns on items as our products are made to order, however we can offer exchanges on SAME priced items only. If exchanged, the original item Must be returned in it’s original unused packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for all of the return shipping costs, I do recommend using a tracking number for peace of mind in case it is lost in transit.

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch at natdesignedthis@gmail.com with your order number and I will provide you with a return address.

If in the unfortunate circumstance you do receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact me at natdesignedthis@gmail.com with your Order number, Description and any Photos of the item and I will proceed to sort this out for you and send a replacement.

For prints, once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to the printers for production. At this time, it may not be possible to make changes to an order or an address, so please double check everything is as it should be before you hit pay. If the order has already gone to print, please follow the exchange policy outlined above. Any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

As our Customs orders are made personally for you, we are unable to offer Returns or Exchanges on these designs, so we recommend that you double check through the final proof once this is sent across to you. We are unable to make any changes once this is sent for print.
